Department of Nursing, Darkhan-Uul Medical School, MNUMS in collaboration with the Nursing Department of the General Hospital, in order to increase the effectiveness of the internship for nursing students, we have organized and trained 1-2 students per nurse since 2015. Every year, we organize discussions to evaluate and exchange views on our cooperation. We successfully organized this discussion on December 6, 2019 under the theme “Participation-cooperation of nurses and medical specialists in student internships”. Prior to the discussion, a questionnaire on “Results of apprenticeship“ was taken from nurses and students. An effective discussion took place between teachers, nurses, medical professionals and students on the issues to be considered in the future internship. A.Oyun-Erdene, Head of the Nursing Department of the General Hospital, presented the results of the questionnaires to the nurses, and D.Oyuntsetseg, Head of the Nursing Department, presented the results of the questionnaires to the students majoring in nursing. A fruitful discussion took place between teachers, nurses, medical professionals and students on the issues to be considered in the future internship. During the discussion, a ceremony was held to introduce nurses and 2nd and 3rd year nursing students to nurses and medical professionals.
